Leadership in Technological Change

The course is designed to develop an understanding of how to create and support technological change through a systems approach.   Topics include sources of resistance to change, tools for planning, decision-making and change, creating and supporting a culture for learning and change, and managing and institutionalizing change systems.

 

Graduates of the program will:

bulletbe aware of current trends and issues in computer education, distance education, electronic communications, computer hardware and software.
bulletbe proficient in finding, evaluating, and using current educational research to support continuous improvement in their profession.
