Some say deciding on a career choice is an alien experience and one that they do not think necessary to do at a young age. Deciding on a career choice during high school may not be possible for some students, but exploring the outer galaxies of careers is.
JobShadowing is one fun way of exploring careers. This WebQuest will allow you to shadow a career choice in an out of this world way. You will shadow a person via the Internet. Lets get ready to blast off.

Tasks to complete:
1. Click on choose a mentor. Choose the person you wish to "shadow" on the web.
2. Read about that person and answer the questions on the attached form. (pdf) (word)
3. Click on communicate button. Choose one chat to read and reflect upon in paragraph form. Attach it to the above questions. Also do the "chime in" and print results. Staple results to questions above.
4. Click on the resource button. Choose three "Cool Jobs" from the bottom left side of the screen to read. Prepare a PowerPoint presentation to give to the rest of your class regarding the "Cool Jobs" you read about.
